I have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions of enrolment with the ExitLeft Performance Academy

Students will be enrolled in the ExitLeft Performance Academy (ABN 73091332437) from their date of commencement on an ongoing basis. A one-off enrolment fee is payable prior to student commencing. Funds will be debited from my nominated bank account by ExitLeft for the amount specified on a weekly basis through the Ezidebit direct debit system.

Enrolment may be placed on hold if ExitLeft is notified a student will be away for three (3) or more weeks. Enrolment may only be paused for a maximum of 12 weeks otherwise re-enrolment fees apply. ExitLeft reserves the right to alter classes, pricing, and terms and conditions at any time. Two weeks’ notice in writing to info@exitleft.com.au is required to cancel enrolment.

Performance Classes
ExitLeft Performance classes take place weekly during the school terms. ExitLeft operates as normal during all public holidays except Australia Day, Easter and ANZAC Day. Direct debit payments are paused during school holiday periods and the Christmas/New Year break. Performance class fees are charged regardless of attendance. ExitLeft makes up cancelled classes with performance rehearsals at suitable times during the year.

Baby & Toddler Classes
Baby and Toddler classes run continuously between January and December. ExitLeft operates as normal during all public holidays except Australia Day, Easter and ANZAC Day. Direct debit payments are paused during the Christmas/New Year break. Baby and Toddler class fees are charged regardless of attendance.

Holiday Programs
Once a program has commenced no refund or credit note is possible. If you miss a day, a credit or refund is not applicable. Should ExitLeft need to cancel a program a full refund, credit or transfer to another course will be offered. Cancellations received more than five (5) working days from the commencement of the program will incur a 20% cancellation fee or you may request a credit note for the full amount. If you need to withdraw from the program within (five) 5 working days of the commencement you must notify ExitLeft in writing to request a credit note. The credit note will be valid for 12 months. Substitutions of participants can be made prior to program commencement by notifying ExitLeft in writing, provided participants are eligible for the course.

Personalised Lessons
Personalised lessons will be allocated on a weekly basis. If a personalised lesson is cancelled by the ExitLeft Studio it will not be charged unless it is replaced by a performance rehearsal or performance opportunity. If solo lessons are missed with seven (7) days written notice, one catch-up lesson will be offered (at no charge) at a specific time in the school holidays. Solo lesson fees are charged regardless of attendance.

Payment
Payments are to be made weekly via Ezidebit direct debit. If a direct debit fails you will receive a message notifying you the payment has failed and additional fees may be charged by Ezidebit. You may arrange to make a catch-up payment otherwise payment will automatically be added to the next weeks’ drawing. If a payment fails four (4) weeks in a row requiring admin to follow up, your enrolment may be cancelled.

If an account is not paid within four (4) weeks without an agreement being made, a $20 charge per 14 days may be added until payment is made. Should payment remain outstanding we may refer the amount to a debt collection agency. In this case a 25% debt collection charge will be added to the account. All associated legal costs incurred to collect fees will be passed on to you.

Student Permission
I understand that from time to time ExitLeft classes, lessons or holiday programs may take place in locations other than the Studio. These excursions will be within walking distance of the studio and students will be fully supervised.

I give permission for photography, video or audio recording of the student for teaching purposes, usage in promotional and publicity material for the ExitLeft Performance Academy, and on social media.
