A WINNING COMBINATION THAT FAST TRACKS RESULTS
People often ask why ExitLeft students appear fearless when they perform
From an early age all our students are expected to learn together in a group whenever possible. It is easier for developing students to pick up musical technique when they are learning with and from each other. When combined with our individualised music lessons it becomes a winning combination that achieves fast track results.
Kinder to College
Our singing tutors are experts in focusing on students’ individual vocal strengths and weaknesses. Material is carefully selected to challenge and develop each singer’s individual sense of style and performance. We work with students to build a safe foundation for their voice as it changes with puberty and give them the tips and tricks for creating great performances for Eisteddfods, performances and school musicals to corporate events and music exams.
School aged students must be enrolled in a Singing and Acting Class to be eligible for individual singing lessons.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CHILD IS PROGRESSING?
We will often encourage students participating in individual lessons to perform at events and recommend they do Eisteddfods and the Australian Music Examination Board exams. These form a great ‘yardstick’ for our students progress.
We are proud of the achievements all our students make over the year and know we can teach them all to make a legitimate performance. They learn to deal with performance stress and nerves at an early age. This gives our students a huge advantage when doing college level and university exams in future years. AMEB exams above fourth grade can also be counted towards the TCE.
